Biography

Firat Tigrek joined the Signal Processing Systems (SPS) Group, Department of Electrical Engineering, Eindhoven University of Technology in April 2018. From 2011 to 2018 he was a radar systems engineer at Aselsan A.S. in Ankara, Turkey, where he was responsible for managing system interface design, developing system scenarios, fault management algorithms, and the integration, verification and validation of AESA radar systems. He was a member of the NATO STO Research Task Groups SET-179 “Dynamic Waveform Diversity and Design”, SET-182 “Radar Spectrum Management and Engineering”, SET-223 “Adaptive Radar Resource Management”, and contributed to SET-204 Specialists Meeting on “Waveform Diversity”.
