Chinhung Chen was born in Hualien, Taiwan. He received the B.Sc. and the M.Sc. degrees from National Central University, Taiwan, both in Atmospheric Science, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. His master’s research focused on weather forecast models, Kalman-filter-based data assimilation, and microphysics parameterizations. He worked as an R&D engineer at the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology from 2018 to 2021, developing radar signal processing and synthetic aperture radar imaging algorithms. From August 2022, Chinhung is a PhD student of the Signal Processing Systems Group at the Technical University of Eindhoven with research focused on the application of machine learning for digital signal processing in wireless communications.
